I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the tram and underground stations. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and all its sights. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I appreciated the attention to detail in providing simple toiletries. The hotel also had a lovely terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a Lidl, with a tram stop nearby, and is situated close to everything we wanted to do during our stay.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the nice and clean rooms, as well as the tasty breakfast that was provided. the hotel's location was superb, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. Lastly, having the option of a late check-out was a great advantage for us to spend more time exploring the city.
The noise level in the hotel was quite high, with sounds of people talking and walking around in the hallway throughout the night. The lack of in-room amenities such as a kettle or coffee-making set was also disappointing.

the breakfast had limited options and lacked the fresh ingredients we had hoped for.

Our hotel was conveniently located in a quiet area, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. It was also within close proximity to a metro station, which made getting around a breeze. We enjoyed exploring the nearby pubs and restaurants, which were just a short walk away.
We did notice that the staff were not very friendly or accommodating towards tourists.
